i did go thru DBT twice before .. i forgot to add that ... i do use Mindfulness as much as possible .....when i am able to catch myself ..drifting. So i do have that. But at times i get so overwhelmed i get lost so to speak and mindfulness does not come to mind..when i need it the most. i use this most the time when driving.. it helps alot. i can refer back to those books i have on DBT ... it was a 6 month thing each time . See i am just so afraid that when my son marries - on the day of the wedding .. i want to be together ...and not like i was on Christmas when i all i could do is cry and go back upstairs - pull covers over my head ..not go anywhere or look at anyone... i fear that so much on the day of the wedding..so will go over some of these things on friday if we get that far.
