I have already done the Early Maladaptive Schemas (EMS) test (تست طرحواره ای سنج). What role do schemas play in isolation? Is it possible that my worries and fears will decrease by reducing maladaptive schemas? Do you know the good therapist?

I'm interested in therapy that includes work on schemas; so, although I do not have the answer to your question, I'd like to follow this post.
Best wishes and good luck in your search to find a therapist. |

@zapatoes
"Schema therapy is a newer type of therapy that combines elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoanalysis, attachment theory, and emotion-focused therapy, among others." Found here: Schema Therapy: Theory, Schemas, Modes, Goals, and More You may want to check out this site for a breakdown of the different types of schemas: Schemas in Schema Therapy | Silicon Valley (Saratoga/San Jose) | Sacramento Valley (Roseville) | Anxiety & OCD Therapy Experts | San Jose and California Or just google "schemas/schemata psychology" for more search results. There are also books and workbooks on the topic, you can find them perhaps at your local library, or used at abebooks.com Hope this helps! |
