Hopefully I will see T tonight via Zoom. I sent her the Zoom link. She said Thanks so she must have gotten it. Fingers crossed.

Hey Kit,

I'm glad you'll get to speak to your T tonight.
Surely she doesn't expect all of her Zoom clients to set up the meeting so that she can just join?

Fingers crossed the session is useful.

Thanks, Lost.

I don't know. She says she can't figure out Zoom. It's a pretty easy platform, but she seems uneasy with her computer anyway. I teach her things about Zoom and about her computer while we are in session (like how to fix something or what something means). She says by the time we finish our therapy together she will know how to use her computer. I'm not even *that* tech savvy.

I hope we have a session and I hope too that it is useful. I'm looking for comfort tonight and encouragement. Hopefully I get some of that. It's windy here, Santa Ana winds, which means hot dry air. The wind can also get very strong. I hope her internet/power holds out. Her wi-fi really sucks.

HUGS for you my friend. Kit

I'm sorry you have to spend your session time doing that, Kit.
Sounds like it cuts down on you getting what you need.
May T's wifi be strong, and may you receive what you need from the session.

HUGS

OK, that makes sense, thanks! Like "I can handle this." "We'll get through it."

Okay, so you went from killing to pre-kissing to shopping for a ring?

Did you successfully kill either of them and if so were you not being a necrophiliac?

I am having a delicious broccoli-crust pizza for dinner.

No actual killing - I walked out on the first woman - I walked into an office I thought was a dentist and she was there so I left, she then saw me at a restaurant and sat down at my table, and then somehow we went to a shopping mall where the second one was having an art show (she is a textile artist in real life). It was quite odd and I was happy when the cat jumped on my head for breakfast.

It was awful.

I am going to an inpatient crisis center tomorrow, and am TERRIFIED. I've never been to this place, and the fear of all the unknowns is freaking me out. My T tonight couldn't calm me down either, I just cried the entire session.

I received an email with an unintentionally hilarious typo in the subject line today, from one of the grief coaches I follow.

'Free Workshop: How To Be Anxious After Loss'

Can only assume that the missing word is 'Less'...Few people would like help to be more anxious after loss.

Try to take it moment by moment. Could you bring a comforting blanket or toy with you?

You are so strong and you will get through this.

The dancing chili will be happy, maybe you could add some salad to it?

I like the tomato and basil and barley one. Its the closest tuna ever came to tasting like spaghetti They are a bit expensive for what you get. Hardly any tuna but a lot of other stuff. I expect more tuna!

I'd take it. I mean, I saw my T (virtually) once between when he went to a funeral in the morning and sat shiva (Jewish custom where people visit the mourning family) with the family that night. I felt a little bad about it, but he offered. The way I see it, a T won't offer a session unless they're willing to meet a client then (and mine has said that before). So it's completely fine to accept.

I hope if you do meet with him it will be helpful!

I might get to see L in-person on Tuesday! I've been doing good and haven't been on pain meds for 3 days. H is going to take me out to drive around town to make sure I can handle it. I'm so excited! I miss L so much.
