Today I have decided to quit DBT and all things therapy.
Three times this week I have had police man handle me and forcibly remove me from my home and take me to the hospital only to be told later that there was absolutlely no need for me to be there.
My therapist is on a power trip.
Ive spent almost $100 on cab fares coming home from the hospital.
I'm so angry.
Sorry, needed to vent.

sorry, i didn't say much, i was too busy being angry. lol.
I can see absolutlely no reason for why the police were called. Im no risk to myself or anyone else, and I haven't even spoken to my therapist for over a week because I cancelled my appointment because i was sick.
I just don't understand!!!!
Sooo frustrated!!!

So who called... your therapist? I'm a bit confused. If you haven't spoken to your therapist for a week how could she call the police on you three times?

Silently, don't I remember you have a T or someone you have to see until June of this year whom you can't stand? Maybe it was some of the other people in your life or a combination. I don't think your T would do it if you haven't seen them and there's no way they know what's going on? Did you see anyone else between appointments or talk to anyone? Could it be an old enemy pissed they can't get to you any other way?
