Hugs, NP. I had something similar happen in 2021 (though with only a few months in between). It really sucked. See if your doctor is willing to prescribe you Provera, a fairly high dose of progesterone that you take for 5-7 days.
Possible trigger:

Other things: iron supplements can help (not just to replace lost iron), as can Vitamin C supplements--ideally with bioflavonoids (Sundown makes a good gummy that's available on Amazon). So can turmeric supplements and Vitamin A (I did a lot of googling when I had it!) I had maybe one other month like that, but haven't had issues since (they're becoming much less frequent).

Those supplements can also help with preventing the issues in the future. As can a low dose of progesterone (without estrogen--I can only take progesterone anyway because I get migraines with aura, which makes estrogen risky).

NP you can get maternity pads which are thicker and more absorbent than normal regular pads. It might allow you to at least sleep a bit better.

I got to episode 5- it was hard to watch him being taken advantage of incrementally. Who wouldn’t want to be friends with their T when you’re so vulnerable?

Dad's birthday went well! He liked all the gifts we gave him. He even cried (good cry) looking at the scrapbook of his dog who passed away. And his dachshund cupcakes were perfect!

My doctor ordered some bloodwork and called in prescriptions for iron, vitamin c and naproxen, which supposedly can help with bleeding. I now need a computer to determine my medication and eating schedules. I can't take iron and my thyroid med within 4 hours of each other. Both have to be taken on an empty stomach. The iron is twice a day. In any case, things seem to be levelling off today. I hope it continues to do so because I feel like a zombie today between not enough sleep and likely some level of anemia.

I forgot about naproxen (or ibuprofen) helping--I'm allergic, so wasn't thinking of those. That sounds like a complicated regimen. I'm glad things seem to be leveling off and hope they continue to improve.

They told me to stop taking ibuprofen I guess because it acts as a blood thinner and take naproxen instead. Who knows though.

Have a funny story to share. Before lunch, I had a one on one with my supervisor. I dialed in and was waiting for her to join, and I guess my mind was wandering off who knows where & I forgot I had my headset on - cuz when she came on the call and very cheerfully said "Good morning ma'am" as is her way, I practically jumped outta my skin - and even let out a little scream I was so startled and then immediately started laughing. she was all "I'm sorry" and I said why, it was funny, I'm the one with the wandering brain, and she said well are you awake now? haha I don't even know what I was thinking about, I was just off in the ozone...

I've had that happen while waiting for a meeting to start. I'm off in another window and someone joins the call and says "Good morning" and I'm so startled.

I used a little of that overtime $ again and bought this pattern book - crochet tiles, basically fancy-schmancy granny squares haha. Can't wait to try a couple of them after I get off work today. I really need to get a bunch of stuff made and then figure out where to sell it locally.

I startle so easily, I'd definitely have that happen to me too. I regularly get scared by my partner when he just comes to say hi. Even if I hear him leave his room or whatever...

I've gotten scared like that, too. Though sometimes H gets annoyed if I jump or go "aagh!" when he suddenly appears. I'm like, "I can't help being startled!"

I also sometimes get startled by Siri on Google Maps, which I connect via Bluetooth to my car. If I'm driving on a particularly long stretch on a road, just listening to music, and she suddenly comes in with, "In 1/4 mile, make a right," I'm like, "aaaagh!"

I don't usually get startled by sound. But touch... Because I'm so picky about touch, if someone touches me, even H, without me seeing them, I'll jump.

One time I was at the store and some guy came behind me and put his hand on my back to let me know he was behind me. Freaked me out so bad, I left the store.

Fin also messaged me today. We used to talk mainly on Whatsapp to arrange sessions/ about sessions.

I had changed my Whatsapp number as it stopped working. I couldn't get new messages or send any. I thought it would automatically update my contacts, so when I was waiting for a reply from him he said he did send something which went to my old number which I had not seen. He had thought I had blocked him which I hadn't and he said It was confusing for him.

Just got the cutest haircut. Its a LITTLE like Lord Farqhuart, but the back is very swingy and bouncy. And she cut my bangs short and deep. This was the inspo pic.

Sometimes technology causes more problems than it seems to be worth, doesn't it? I'm sorry that happened. I hope you got it straightened out.

Artie bean there's always a huge demand for baby jumpers and knits. You could make blankets too.

Have a look at selling on Instagram. Show off your items there. Payment though Paypal. I could help you with advertising and all the #hashtags .
