My psychiatric crises are attacking people, objects, food in any way and throwing food, if I have psychiatric crises from playing video games, from not playing video games, from watching anime, from not watching anime, from playing video games other than the ones I want to play, the video games I want to play are some of the ones that don't hurt the minds of the oldest possible people in this classification: " Entertainment Software Rating Board ", although I agree to play any video game that does not harm the minds of people of any age according to the previously mentioned classification, as long as it has as many hand to hand combat moves as possible and the combat is controlled by a character and is a combat in a 3d scenario, in real time, If I have Asperger's, i have bipolarity, i am 30 years old, I am male, I need to gain 10.1 kilos to reach my ideal weight and if I suddenly have psychiatric crises if I eat in times when I do not eat in the schedules that are healthy for me to eat, whether I eat a little, moderately or much later than I should eat; what is the less boring method to self-control my psychiatric crises, according to the activities i like to do if that activities are the activities that if i do them keep me not bored, and according to what is deduced that I like to do, according to what I said that if I don't do I get psychiatric crises?, and if there is no non-boring way to self-control my psychiatric crises, according to everything i previously mentioned, what would be the boring way to achieve it?
