This isn’t quite therapy, but a social worker from the local PD comes into my building to do groups every Monday this month. The first was on emotional tolerance, last week was boundaries, I think the next is goal setting, and she said she’s taking our ideas for the last.
I’m having some trouble coming up with my own ideas for this group. I was thinking maybe self-care but boundaries are a part of that and a lot of stuff was in some handouts she gave the first week too. It’s the last week so maybe it should be a fun one, like an arts and crafts group or trivia or music?

Mindfulness? Slowly eat something: m&m? Or different ways to ground yourself? You could do art if the group has access to supplies.
