I really know nothing about dogs. I'm a bird person, so I wouldn't be able to pick a dog to match my T's personality... so I'll go with a hot dog.

Hmmmm... I'm biased, my baby dog (who passed away) was a beagle. And they sit. And stare. And I talked to him as easily as I talk to her... so yeah.

Mine would be a Doberman http://www.westminsterkennelclub.org...g/dobpinr.html my family and I saw this one and I thought of Dr. M and thought she could be one. Tough if she needed to be but gentle for the most part. The one we saw Foxfire Magic Dragon is the Number one Male Doberman in the nation and was getting ready to go on another ride to another competition...that dog was cool.

I think at our next sessions we should all ask our T's, "if you could be a dog, what kind would you be?" It would be interesting to see if there are any matches to how we picture them. I would die if my T said he was a Shitzu. Now that would be just too much self disclosure!

LOL I have had a couple of shih tzus and I would be surprised if my T were one. I would be even more surprised if T said to me: "I AM A LABRADOR" WTF? I bet he would be even more surprised if I said: " I am a mutt."
