Thank you everyone for your great replies! It's so interesting to get so many poins of view.

I posed the question in my post because it was my therapy night and I was debating about telling her some things. lol I don't know why I waste time debating with myself because I trust her and tell her everything. It's those things where I feel I 'look bad' that are hardest but ultimately I need to tell her and even if I try not to sometimes.. it just comes right out.

And it feels good afterward, not only a burden lifted but a risk taken or a test for T to see how she responds. She always passes because the times I'm sure what I say will make her send me 'packing' so far haven't. Do you tell your therapist EVERYTHING?
