just got back from my session....went over an hour....she did most of the talking........

We both agreed exercise is going to have to be part of my depression healing....medicine & therapy are only two parts of the equation.....

We talked a lot about the stress from my business and the overwhelming fear I have about losing it ...

My anxiety has returned as well but not as bad as it once was

We hit the sexual crud too....(internet porn)

she was very compassionate tonight...always leaning over and mentioning my name, very soothing

then on the drive home I remember 10 things I wanted to talk to her about........hate that

2 weeks until I see her again

Sounds like a good session. I always remember things on my way home too. My T says I should write them down and bring them to the next session, maybe you should try that.
