So this week I have gone the whole entire route. With T on vaction, first I didn't notice; then I missed him; then I got mad. Now, I feel like he might be dead. This is so weird. I haven't called all week except to leave a message last Monday when I saw that other Pdoc. I haven't called to check in or to make contact or anything. A part of me feels like I just don't care either.

I think these are all coverups for how much I miss him and how much this relationship really means to me. Sigh. I hope he isn't dead.

Is T dead? Is T dead? Is T dead?

I don't think he's dead. I certainly hope not! (((((((((MissCharlotte))))))))))) Why don't you phone him to check in?

He hasn't died on you before has he? Is T dead? I think the odds are with you that he's not dead now.

Hate that niggling thought though. Maybe you're going through the gamut doing a "worse case scenario" practice run? It's pretty save (and good/helpful) to try it out when there's little chance it's true. You can't explore what it's like for someone to be away when they're not away :-) Like a toddler leaving their mother and coming back to "check" on her, make sure she's still there, etc. Eventually they go further and further afield until they have their very own life! Then they can go to school and be big 5 or 6 year olds Is T dead?

I think what you are feeling is a product of missing him, I hope he is coming back soon.

I told T once that time=distance when it comes to missing her in the time between sessions. She "got" that.

The longer it's been since I've seen her, the farther from her I feel. This can produce panic (Where are you? I NEED you? feelings) or it can produce a defensive pulling away (Who needs HER!?! feelings). Depends on my mood, state. It's the same message though, I need her!

Even though it's "just" a week, it must feel so long MissCharlotte, since you see him twice a week. Is T dead?

He's out there, breathing. Breathe with him. Is T dead?

What a coincidence! My T died last night, too, after a certain period of time passed when he didn't call me back. Amazingly enough, he was back in the office today when I went to see him. Yours will be, too. I promise. Is T dead? Is T dead?

It sounds like you miss him a lot, MissCharlotte. When is he due to return?

Take care.

No, he's just in a deep sleep. He needs a kiss to wake him up. Do you know anyone who would volunteer, LOL?
