saw pdoc today. i get so unsure and scared there that i ususally never bring anything up i need help with. so i wrote down this huge list of everything that bothers me (mostly anxieties) and gave it to her.

she upped lamictal and buspar a lot. maybe ill calm down.

Thats awesome Hallie. I knew that Lamictal being upped was what you needed. Since mine was upped i'm feeling better. It takes a little while, but you will see. And i'm so happy to here you brought that list with you. You Go Girl!!!!
