Today I was telling him that I often feel as though I'm just "in orbit," spinning around in outer space with nothing to hold onto.

At the end of session, I told him that I didn't want to leave because the room acted as a container for my emotions-- I was able to experience a range of emotions with him today and nothing catastrophic or destructive took place.

I said, "After I leave here, I just go back into orbit-- but at least I have a really cool astronaut helmet to wear."

So T goes, "Oh wow... well, feel free to bring it in."

I just stared at him for a moment and then I go, "No, that is part of the fantasy."

He goes, "Oh!" and then bursts out laughing, turns his chair and goes, "Okay well session's over, you have to go now!!!"

I told him, "You are so nervous and off guard today and I'm getting kicked out of therapy for it?"

LOL, it was the end of the session anyway. So funny.

I have a full size Storm Trooper helmet you can borrow (Star Wars)

last time I used it was to scare off the Jehovah's Witnesses that came one Saturday morning....

I opened the door and before they could speak said:

"your late....Lord Vader will be most annoyed by your lack of effort....report immediately to your fighters and prepare for the assault on the Rebel stronghold!"

they left so fast they didnt even leave a complimentary copy of the Watchtower.............

LOL That could be funny! Hey, maybe you could get one of those toy space helmets to take in next time. I figure sometimes its fun to make reality out of fantasy.
