I think that I am a pretty typical person who is not that open, especially in therapy.

Experience has taught me to filter what I say. I just feel really embarassed and full of shame about anything that is said. In the past I have managed to call in my own scripts and got away with it but too many good friends are in the med field who have told me that I am going to get caught. So I'm trying to go through a psych now and he needs so much information.

If anyone has experience please let me know. I am struggling with it and stressing big time!!!

I just want to get the meds and figure out on my own if they are working. Is that insane???

Thanks

If you need medication you must go through a physician to get it.

Any other playing around with meds is really dangerous and illegal.

Keep trying in therapy -- it will get easier over time.

Peace
