I am needing some support here, I am having a really bad day, needing some support. while in the hospital I didn't have to try to stay safe, because I was-there was nothing triggering me.

(((((((((( purplebutterfly ))))))))))) Gentle hugs to you.

Can you find something to distract yourself from the triggers for now? Maybe, drawing or listening to music or sitting in the garden and really breathing in the fresh air.
