my boss fired me last month because of my emotional issues stemming from ocd and gad. t keeps telling me, "can you see how unhealthy he is? don't you know it wasnt your fault? you need to stop beating yourself up over it, he has the problem, not you." but i'm the one with the triple dx, and i'm the one out of a job, and i'm the one who can't pay her bills and may lose her home and her pets. so it bothers me that she keeps telling me not to beat myself up. it doesn't matter if it was just or not IMO, the fact is still the fact. i still love t but sometimes she doesn't seem to get it.

I know what you mean, seems strange to me that T puts ALL the blame on your boss

Have you told her just that? That at the moment it's more important to you to focus on the practical consequences than to assign blame? Or at least to think of the issue in terms of practicalities?
Sometimes they need a little course correction when they're on the wrong track.
