This dream that I'm having started a week ago. I'm having this dream every night and it about to drive me Crazy because I can't sleep. The dream I'm having is that I die. and I really don't know what to do.

I am not sure what to do about bad dreams, I am sorry that you are having a hard time sleeping.

What happens in the dream? Do you wake up or remember it in the morning? How do you feel about it? What are your thoughts about death? About your own death?

I remember it all, I'm like i don't want to die like that get your head blown off. it just crazy.

alot of times if i have one dream of me dying, for the next few dreams i have i am dying as well. usually for me its when I'm depressed or feeling particulary blue.
maybe you are sad? i also notice that i dont act sad around ppl because i feel the ened to entertain them or somthing, but when no one is around to impress, do you notice yourself kinda depressed? i hope that help a little maybe |

Have you tried re-imagining an ending to the dream when you awaken? My T started me doing that and I find it gives me some relief.
I know this is hard. Hang in there. |
