(((manda))) Any point.

If you "just" want someone to bounce one idea or thought or problem "off" of... a therapist is good to have for that.

If you are really battling some issues, though you have been holding your own... it's a good time to get support: T.

If you are beyond holding your own, definitely find a therapist.

I think that, if you're wondering if you might need a therapist, then you could definitely benefit from one. I wish you the best of luck in finding one who's a good fit.

Anyone can benefit from professional help. If you feel that something is missing and don't know what it is, or if you have certain issues that keep coming up again and again.

But you need one especially if you are having any kinds of suicidal thoughts. Even if you don't feel you would act on them, it's a sign that something is amiss.

I've seen both psychotherapists and psychiatrists and truly appreciated their help. No matter how I was feeling that day, I always felt lighter and calmer after speaking with them.

The fact that you're asking, maybe suggests you're ready to speak to someone. Whatever your reasons or misgivings, I encourage you to go for it.

> Anyone can benefit from professional help.

Anyone can benefit from competent help. Unfortunately, being in a profession and earning money from it does not equal being competent.

I agree with Vegani, if you're wondering if it's time, maybe it is.
