A friend who has been with his therapist for a few months said the approach his T uses is Byron Kate the Work. He says after readding the book it seems to good to be true, but he is willing to give it his all if it will help with his issues. Has anyone ever heard of her work or uses it. Is it as good as the book says it is?

This may be "Your Inner Awakening: The Work of Byron Katie: Four Questions That Will Transform Your Life"

You can read reader reviews of this and other books by her on amazon.com .
