I have no idea why, but today I've just started feeling worse and worse as the day went on. The morning was not great, but tolerable and now I just feel like crap. I find myself really wanting to talk to T, but about what, I don't know. I was just there yesterday and I go back again Friday. I am trying not to e-mail him because I've been e-mailing him a lot lately. He said I can e-mail/call anytime, but I don't know what I want to talk to him about. It's like I just have this block and Friday seems far away.

I understand how you feel. I saw my T on Tuesday....it was an emotional session and I've been feeling awful. I really want to talk to him again, but just like you, I don't know what to say. And I don't really know if I'm allowed to call/email. Anyway, why don't you send an email to your T and just say how you're feeling and you wanted to touch base. Maybe it will make you feel better to get a little bit of a connection with your T, even if you don't know if/how it could help. sending hugs and happy thoughts... ![]() ![]() ktgirl |

Can you journal a bit, try to write and see what comes out? Sometimes I'd get breakthroughs between T appointments and then it's great because I'd have something to talk about for sure the next time.

I'm feeling a lot better, but I think it is unrelated to things in T. I've been journaling and talked to T about it last session. He didn't say much about it other than to think hard about what might be bothering me because it's got to be something. It's just a strange feeling...not a complete meltdown by any means, so it could always be worse.
