i'm not in a good or safe place at the moment, I emailed T and told her that I need to talk. This a huge step for me because I don't talk to her much. Well now i'm worried because i'm not sure if i'm allowed to email her. I don't want to go to her office or talk on the phone. I really need her to respond because I'm not coping well.

I hope that your T gets back to you soon and you get the support you need.

In the meantime sending you some hugs!

I hope that your T does get back to you, can you call and leave a message asking her to read the email and respond? Sometimes leaving a message is easier then talking to someone over the phone.
