I'm tripping. Will there be a window? will we sit in a circle or like in a class in rows? How many people will be there? Will I feel safe? Will I want to self-harm after group? I'm totally tripping.

Hang in there. You could probably ask the therapist doing the group those questions, if you have some time before the group tomorrow, and maybe that would help you to feel more comfortable. They will do what they can to help you to be okay with the group and feel safe and comfortable there. Let us know how it goes, ok?
