![]() I think it's good once in a while to have a good cry - it releases alot of bad energy. But then you should take a look at your situation and ask yourself - is there anything you can do to improve your situation. If not then you need to tap into some good self help techniques. You're already doing one - talking to others. Make sure you're also eating healthy and go out for a fast 40 min power walk. I've been through more stress than the average person and yes I've felt down, but there's also a great survivor personality in me. You need to find that in yourself, that way no matter what happens to you or around you - you will survive. I hope you feel better and I'm glad to reached out. You're in my prayers. ![]()
