I seem to be having an extremely hard time controlling my anger and directing it inappropriately. I have alot of anger, frustration, hatred inside me and I don't know how to release it "safely".
Does anyone have any suggestions? ~ Kendra ~ |

Well, first I have to ask if you're in therapy. Anger management therapy has helped me greatly. Breathing techniques always work well for me. Hope this helps.

i suggest therapy also. there are several good self-help books on anger. pat

Yes, Ryan and Pat have very good suggestions. I recently bought a anger management book called "Getting the best of your Anger" by: Les Carter. The book helps identify anger in your life, a test to determine your level of anger, realizing what makes you angry and so on. Therapy is also something I feel would be benficial. I am in therapy and making progress but still having a hard time with anger being wrongfully directed! I will take a look into getting some anger management books as well as speak to my therapist about it! Any other suggestions are welcome ![]() ~ Kendra ~ |
