I want more from my relationship from my husband, but Im afraid he will misunderstand what Im trying to say and want from him. Our relationship is very passive and quiet. No one really talks or say anything. Right now the relationship feels stalemated.

Hi bipolo ....

Fear is a nasty thing isn't it. It freezes us. It is my most mortal enemy.

But you know that nothing will change until you change it..like my old sponser once said..."If you keep doing what your doing,,you'll keep getting what your getting".

So,,you have to find a way of taking to him...maybe schedule a weekend away where the two of you can reconect...

With care,,,,

Lenny
