Just wanted to share with you.....

I think I'm going to understand what it means to know myself and to be myself these days....It's all of a sudden everything is changing....I do what I'm comfortable with not what I think others want me to do....but still it's in progress little by little....I need to know more what I have to do to know myself and to love myself....and to be kind and nice to others....

I wish I knew more about this....being comfortable in my own skin!
Thanks for this!

Marjan Just keep doing what you are doing and learning as you go. You'll learn from your mistakes and you'll learn from what you do right. So it's a win - win situation! As long as you know where you want to go, you will eventually get there.

Can't stop you from praying and blessing me,
and if that makes you feel better feel free.
But keep it to yourself please, don't tell me.
And let's all respect each other's feelings.
With kindness, support and "sweet dreamings."

Marjan~

Sweetie....You've BEEN on the right track all along, without even realizing it.
EVERY thread and post you've contributed on here have shown the kind, gentle and compassionate person you ARE.

Perhaps, you are just NOW seeing yourself for what you've been all along. And, what a wonderful thing to discover.

Continue your journey of self-discovery. And when you encounter something which is uncertain or difficult for you, you definitely know where to come for guidance, support and encouragement....The same place where you've been giving of yourself to others so selflessly.... Right here.

Much Loves...

Shangrala

Thanks my friends....

Yes, knowing myself is my duty now
not that I want to be selfish....but I want to know how I can be a better person and help others....
I found out if I keep an active life and exercise everyday, I'm a happier person and then I have more positive energy and I can attract people and give them energy....
One of the thing I'm doing to distract myself of negative thoughts and feelings is that whenever I'm crossing the line and thinking negatively, I start praying or meditating....then my negative thoughts are vanishing....I know this needs lots of practice, but I'm up to it....
Also, I try to talk about my issues less to my friends....I think they are just little issues...there are more problems in the world that mine is nothing compare to them....
I want to be a happy person...and to be happy and positive needs lots of effort....no need to complain....I want to accept life as it is....
thanks again for helping me in this process..and thank you for listening
Marjan
