I am sorry that you're having such a tough time right now.

Personally, it helps me to get it out. Write a list of worries, don't # importance. Just writing out your worries can help a lot. Then move on to options of solving those worries. A couple may be easy to solve and others may take more time to resolve, but it does help to have it written down.
