Hello. I have always had a little bit of a problem with social anxiety, OCD, and now Depression. However, the newest being my doctor thinks I have a paranoid personality disorder. I am always scan my environment for what people might be saying of thinking of me. Oh, being overweight doesn't not help. Working on that too. At least now under the ugly 200lb mark. I hated being that with being already sick. However, it is so much easier to gain it than lose it. I was at the Grocery Store and I swear these skinny 18 year old were talking about how fat I was. My husband says they weren't and I was just being paranoid. I have a neurological condition they think might be early signs of Multiple Sclerosis. I don't know if being sick with a neurological disease can worsen a mental illnesses. Anyway, happy thoughts. I have been Married 7 years to my best friend who is very supportive most of the time. I am a stay at home Mom of a 5 year old who is about to start Kindergarten. Hope the best for everyone on this site. Add me.

Don't listen to what people say and if they were talking about you have to know within yourself that you are beautiful and you have a husband that loves u and that the only thing thatshould matter keep your head up

Many times when it seems like people are whispering things about you they aren't even paying attention to anything outside their own little world. And the ones that are so shallow to say nasty things are usually unsure and selfconsious about themselves and try to lift themselves by putting others down. Don't let them bring you down. Know yourself that you are a good person and a strong person having to deal with so much. And you can use your strength to ignore all the nastyness around you.

Aaah...physical appearance is one of those things im worried about too and yet i dnt work on it. I seem to lack the motivation required to work out. Hang on in there and try to reduce weight and u will find out that the world has suddenly become a lot brighter for u the better self image will help u gain confidence.

Once in a while we all tend to think someone was talking about us, but most times it was something else entirely. It's because we feel self-conscious. I see all sorts of people every day and think nothing of it. We're all different and that's just fine. Best wishes to you.
