My boyfriend and I are absolutely crazy about eacch other, BUT we dont know when we will see each other again. He is away busy with school, and I am here. I dont know what to do, on one hand I am in love with him, but I dont know what is gonna happen, or when I am going to see him.
When we are together we are the happiest people ever. Help!

Long distance relationships are hard - even when you DO know that you will see them at set times etc.

My suggestion (which seemed to work okay for me at the time) is lots of emails, photos, Skype and FB chat... keep in touch and let the other person know how you are feeling, that you are thinking of them and what has happened in your day...

Tip - unless you have something interesting to say keep the Skype chats to every other day - every day is just too much

You could plan what you will do together when he comes home for the break Is he coming home for Thanksgiving? Yule?

Loving each other the way you do things should be fine School isn't forever and when he returns things can go back to being normal Until then start putting together a Yule gift for him in a parcel so that with each one he opens reminds him of how much you love him and how dear he is to you

Yule gifts are practical but loving homemade fruit pies sweets drunken fruit eggnog outrageous underwear for fun all the little things you know he does without because he is away from home and missing you and his family

Speak to his mother to find out the things he likes or liked as a boy you may add some of those things to the Yule basket too there is much to keep you busy and to help you to enjoy putting together this loving gift
