Sorry in advance, but I have to write this some where....

This guy from the other group in another State is here till Thursday....He's DRIVING ME CRAZZZZZY......I just left an hour for a meeting and he scrolled up the system again....doesn't get it...oh god...then I wanted to trouble shoot and fix it....he was talking non-stop.....argggg.....

Thank god, he will go back to east coast in few days.....I don't know how I can handle working with him....seriously....he talks even if he works by himself....

sorry for the rant....I needed to tell somebody....

maybe you can say something like this to him: i can't really concentrate with too much talking so i'd really appreciate it if you could be a bit quieter.

Dear Dear Marjan

If you are not honest with this man and your superior asks for an evaluation then it will be more of a shock for him than if you are honest with him now

Do you think that maybe he has a disability of some kind possibly ADD or ADHD and he could be on medication that needs adjustment? If he has dyslexia he could be talking to himself to continue to guide his thoughts and his words, I don't know just a thought

Thanks guys for your inputs....

I told him that I need to concentrate but he laughed at me...he's a total jerk that's all I can say....My team lead is aware of that....even another coworker told me that this guy is a pain....I'm new here and just getting to know people I guess....

I just want these few days go by without more tensions....

I think I'm so tired...It's been more than a year working without stop....even last year when I took my vacation time, it was for my dad's funeral...so I cried the whole time and that doesn't count a vacation....I'm taking days off in November and can't wait for that....I'm going to England, but I think it's a bad timing for my sister....she lives there....I emailed her yesterday....and all she replied me back was "good, then see you soon"....I can't believe she can be such a *****....she came to my place for couple of months with her two kids and I'm just one person going there for couple of days....I told her even I don't want to stay long with her, then I'm not still welcome....that's a lot...
I think I'm going to plan my trip ahead of time and go see different places....I have to accept the part that I'm alone....I've been postponing to take any vacations, because I wanted to find somebody to go with, but that doesn't happen at all....
It's sad when I see my sister being like this....I think I won't contact her till she calls me at least....

((Marjan)) - so sorry this happened with your sister. I hope things get ironed out before you go there. Like you said make your visit brief or maybe even stay at a hotel near by, unless she really extends a warm welcome. Don't let this put a damper on your trip.

wow, i can't believe the guy laughed at you. it does sound like you need a much deserved break soon. well, i hope this guy takes long lunches to stay out of your hair.

I didn't reply her back....I think she figured out....she emailed me again telling me we do this and that....I emailed her back saying that I don't want her to have stress out of me going there and there is no need to plan anything....I just want to stay few days with her to see kids....then I do other stuff....
I think she has so much on her plate these days....It's selfish of me to think she doesn't want me there....I know she loves me....
