In my opinion, it's not love. Just my two cents.

I agree...it isn't love at all. unfortunately sometimes as young girls the boys we get involved with tell us we would have sex with them if we really loved them. that confuses us and makes us believe that sex and love go hand in hand. I would even imagine some boys go thru this as well. It takes along time to understand that love and sex are 2 very different things.

Good point, bebop. I think society does its bit in confusing the relationship between sex and love, too. I'm not nieve enough to believe that we're going to go back to the days when sex was only considered proper for married people, but I do think we've swung way too far in the other direction. People don't realize how important sex is until they learn it the hard way.

In my point of view, Sex is a physical act that people all like to do and Love is an addictive mental activity that people enjoy being involved with, that defines a "good" family atmosphere and hate losing (ie. haven't been trained well in handling lost love).
As a person, I enjoy being loved and in-love and sharing sex with that person. I read this a while back and kept it bookmarked: http://www.recovery-man.com/loveaddict.htm
