I wrote my girlfriend a letter just now, explaining exactly how bad this depression is right now. I am also in a state of extreme panic because she'll read it at some point. She's not home yet and I'm freaking out.
But she needs to know. And as I can't speak right now, it's the only way I can get through to her. I am sick of the distance and the carelessness she has to our relationship. I feel guilty for asking for love. I shouldn't have to ask for love, should I?

Communication is very good. I don't know your girlfriend but I hope she is understanding during this time. I was terrified of telling my boyfriend, he ended up being my biggest supporter through everything I've been through. You're not wrong to communicate this. Wishing you the best.

I am sorry that this happened. You deserve lovel like we all do. Just went through a breakup and on the mend myself.
Can you tell us more about the breakup? Seems to me if you write a letter trying to commuicate where you are, they would be supportive instead of making you single...maybe you haven't found the right person for you yet. Sending you safe cyber hugs. |
