What others might be thinking really really bothers me. . . .
I try my best to portray the best picture i can of me. . . . .
Try to stay at home, not meeting my friends regularly. . . .
Cause they might pinpoint my weaknesses to me. . . .
They might come to know i'm weak enough to be exploited by people. . . .
I'm not the confident picture i'v been portraying all the while. .. .
I'm scared all the time. . . .
But then. . . . .
I'm not what i pretend to be. . . .
I'm a no one. . . .
Sometimes i wonder i have been blessed with a wonderful family.
Without them i would have been a no one. . . .
Still i could have been so much of a different being hadn't i been mee. . . .
Isn't there a way to forget my present life. . . .
Isn't there a way to get permanent amnesia. . . .
I wud like to forget the one i am mee, and start afresh, isn't it possible. . . . .

It's not so much about what others think of you as is it about what you think of yourself. Try to think of some of your positive qualities and remind yourself that you a are a valuable person with a caring heart and a lot to give. You are someone and you do matter!

"Can't Stop" is right. It doesn't really matter what others think about you ~ they don't know you. Who cares what they think? The important thing is what YOU think about you. Do you love yourself? Do you think that you're worthy of loving? Do you think you're attractive? Do you think that you're smart? WE have to believe those answers to be "YES." If we don't believe those things, then we're in trouble. Our self-esteem is important. If we have low self-esteem, then maybe we need to talk to someone, because someone must have MADE us have low self-esteem. We have to learn how to raise it.

Sure we want people to like us, and in that way we care what people think. But if we are just ourselves and are pleasant then people can't help but like us. We shouldn't have to put on an 'act' in order for people to care. Some of us are afraid alot - that's when we should talk to a professional and find out why we're afraid. With help, we can learn NOT to be so afraid all the time.

You wouldn't want to forget who you are now. You are a unique person ~ there is no one else on earth just like YOU. It just takes a little time and a little fine tuning to become unafraid and to not care with people think. When you get there, you're free as a bird!! God bless and take care of YOU. Hugs, Lee
