In the past 5 years I have been in and out of depression and anxiety. At some point, I needed help from friends to check on me, help me to do groceries, cheer me up...

Now that I am not "sick" I have a hard time to define my friendship with this healthy me. Friends are often asking..
how are you sleeping?
did you take your medication today?
on a scale of 1 to 10 how are you feeling?
...

Any suggestions on how to redefine my friendship?

Get in the habit of asking them Q's.

How are they doing? How are things in their world? Answer their Q's honestly, and say that you're starting to feel a lot better now. Thank them for being there for you & now you can be there for them.
