I nearly lost my equilibrium today, which is always tentative based upon my level of anxiety in the morning, because my dilly son brought into my house yet another pet that I, yes, I, have to take care of! He ostesnsibly bought it for his girlfriend for her birthday, as she practically lives at our house, but I am always the one left holding the animal as it mews or cries, when it is hurt, or when it is sick. I have to re-establish boundaries with people time and time again and sometimes it just gets so exhausting to always have to work so hard at life.

You shouldn't have to "reset" boundaries if you STICK to them in the first place.
![]() Find good homes for these pets -- and tell him NO MORE. It's too time-consuming plus very expensive to care for animals. I love pets, but ONE is sufficient. ![]() Best of luck & God bless. Hugs, Lee ![]() |
