Hi this might sound like a stypid question< But a friend of mine said that my ex boyfriend was to in to his estranged wife, but for all the wrong reasons what does that mean? In any context does not have to be a relation to my situation.

Have you tried asking your friend about the meaning of "for all the wrong reasons"?
Why are you concerned about your ex-boyfriend? Have you stayed friends with him?

My interpretation is "for all the wrong reasons: sex and/or money." Some women are stunningly beautiful, but their personality is terrible. Maybe she's very sexy, but she's also very abusive. Or maybe he just likes sex with her. Or maybe she is very wealthy and can pay for everything, but they are not compatible.

You know, you need to love someone for their whole self. Good, bad, indifferent. Of course some people are a danger, sadly. But you can't just be into someone for superficial things. That's what I think it means.

But, again, only your friend knows what that means.

I think she meant loving who she was when he first met her, but there a lot older and people grow up and change. but staying because your stuck in the past and the excitment of the rush when you fight and make up.
