I haven't spoken to my husband in two days now! He says that he'll call, but he hasn't! I know that he's busy, but come on! I just want an e-mail or something! I'm being driven mad by this... I keep on worrying if he's mad at me, or just busy, or if he's mad at me, or can't get through, or if he's mad at me. (See a pattern?) I can't take much more of the wondering and the worry. My chest is tight and I can't take a deep breath without it hurting... ARRRRRRRRRRGH! MAKE IT STOP.

Has this happened before? He should have contacted you.

Yes, it's happened before, but usually there's an e-mail or something. I got a call today, but I told him that I had to go because I was busy at the moment at work. He said that was fine, that he was going to go eat dinner and that he'd be back right afterward. That was four hours ago. It only takes him an hour to eat. I'm freaking out in my head, imagining why he couldn't call me, but I feel like an idiot for doing it.
