I fell out with my best mate a few months ago and she nearly ruined my life! I had a breakdown around her and another mate, cut myself really bad and spent a week up hospital after that but the aftermath was even worse, she called my jobs and told them i was unfit to be working there! She turned most of my other friends against me and i ended up paranoid! After her pushing for me to tell her why i needed therapy for me ex i told her a little and she went off and asked him and he almost killed me!
I cut all contact and since life has been lonely but better i guess and i just woke up to find a friend request on facebook, i don't know what to do i'm one for not holding a grudge and forgive and forget but i just don't know what to do, hoping you guys can help me! I have no T for 19 days so i can't ask him i don't want to fall into a trap or cause more trouble. What do you think?

Just my opinion, but after she's done all that, and made such a mess of things, i would stay WAYYY away from that one. I think there is something seriously wrong with that girl, and she's just looking for more "dirt' to use against you.

Don't play her little game -- stay away from her. Ignore her friend request, and move on. You'll be glad you did! God bless & take care. Hugs, Lee
Thanks for this!

There's a saying ... With friends like that, who needs enemies? ... Those kinds of friends (and family) are toxic ... It's best to stay away ... As far as forgiveness goes and/or holding a grudge ... Some things are unforgiveable, and some grudges are deserved ... Give yourself time to heal and don't let them put you on any guilt or shame trips ... They're the ones who are guilty and should be ashamed ... But, then again, those kinds never are ...

Keep Yourself Safe ...

Sincerely,
Pfrog

Thanks i'm going more towards ignoring it because although i'm quite alone now i've learnt who my true friends are and that was a very valuable lesson for me. My life is better now.
