feeling ok today but hubby went to see his cpn , who was unable to get to his appointment , he doesnt talk about hes feeling much really , but i managed to get him to write some of his thoughts to poems , he just left the bookl on the table he lets me read them but i allways ask , he sorted of hesetated before saying yes , so as im reading them i dont know if im reading to much into them or what im reading is how ies feeling , i know that depressed ppl read things diferantly than sometimes its written but here we have a depressed person writing and a depressed person reading , now im afraid that what i read meant hes afraid of some of the decissions he made about returning home after we split last year , i cant talk to him at the moment as his sister here and he doesnt like talking in front of ppl

i managed to talk to hubby and to go over some of my concerns , i was wrong he said it was the decisions he made to leave last year , im glad we managed to sort this out , i suppose with all the stress we have going on the way each of us feels is affected by stresss
