Hi, I am male and 17 now. I have this extremely emberrasing story that I did when I was younger, I must have had pushed it to the back of my brain but I just remembered it now and am humiliated.

I was I think 11 years old, one day I was in my sisters room and she wanted to dress me up like a barbie. I didnt want to at first, but she promised shed play a game with me afterwards if I let her. So I let her dress me up, but she put me in womens clothing that was too small, and a sports bra. I am straight and am confident in my sexuality, but for whatever reason, this gave me an erection. At this point in my life, i didnt really even understand what erections were and never ejaculated before

Anyways, heres where it gets really bad. My sister was proud of the outfit she put on me, so she covered me in a blanket and brought me downstairs and asked for my parents attention and then did the big reveal pulling off the blanket and revealing me in womens clothing with an erection. my parents were shocked and told my sister to never do that again, but both me and my sister didnt understand why.

But now i remember this and Oh My God, it is so emberrasing. I have no idea what to do now, how do i act around my parents. what do they think of me? why did i react to that with an erection? Thanks!

There's no cause for alarm, or embarrassment.
It's part of pre-pubescent development to have latent sexual curiosity etc and especially for males to have random erections even without feeling aroused.

Most people have these sorts of embarrassing situations in childhood. I know that I had my moments, which I don't think I'll share Your family has probably pushed that memory into the background like you did for so long.

I wouldn't worry about it. Especially when you're younger and don't know what's going on, it's not like you really had too much control over your body! It was probably the way the clothing felt - women's clothing would feel different against your body than men's clothing as the cuts would be different. You said the clothing was too small - it was most likely just some stimulation from the clothing rubbing against you!

Also - I think a lot of boys end up being dressed in girl's clothes at some point or another. My dad was dressed up by his sisters.. there's photographic evidence of my younger brother wearing my nightgown, and my nephew has been dressed up by his sisters a few times. It's quite normal and nothing to worry about!

I've dressed up my younger brother before. No sweat.

Plus even if the erection was caused by sexual arousal from wearing women's clothes and not just tight clothes or randomly, it doesn't matter. Maybe it was arousing to be so close to women's underwear and you were imagining women in them. I probably would have been aroused by holding a pair of men's boxers lol. Sexuality is complicated and not anything you can control.

My advice would be to not dwell too much on this incident. When you mature further, perhaps you might even chuckle about it.
