I keep trying to act like everything is okay when it is not. It is really painful inside of me that I haven't spoken up to probems with family members. I have internalized everything. Nothing feels right or good. I have done it so long now I don't know how I can make it right.

Hello, PianogirlPlays. Making it right would start with talking to your family to begin the process of getting you the help you need to get better.

I wish you well.

I do the same thing. It's hard not to since when I do say something I'm accused and criticized. It continues to happen regardless - so I don't. You didn't directly ask for advice but I'm going to mention: if you haven't figured out why you do this like I have, maybe that is something you can do first before planning your next step.
Thanks for this!
