I was dating this guy for two weeks, which I know isn't a lot of time. The problem being that my anxiety and depression behaviors were too much for him and he said he wanted to support me as a friend. Now he won't respond to me at all. I can't stop thinking about him because being with him, I felt like myself and I felt truly happy for the first time in a long time. Now I am much better mentally, I mean just a better space and all I want to do is talk to him and tell him because he is the only one I feel like I can honestly talk to. Sorry it's long but does anybody have any advice on how to get through this?? I would be appreciative of anything you guys have to say.

Hi, kpierce1992. Evidently he just didn't feel like he would be able to give you what you need. Have you considered therapy? That way you can have a professional to talk to while you seek out other relationships. And because you have other support, you likely won't need as much from the new people in your life.
