Hey all. I got a lot of therapy in my life, dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD. I am feeling much better now, yet there are days when I struggle immensely. It was coming from a family with a lack of nourishment, trust and respect. Sadly, it heavily coloured my relationship with people and with men specifically. (I am a female in mid 30tis) I am afraid to date and be intimate. However, I am in a great need of spiritual and physical hug... and intimate conversation. From a woman at this point, not ready for a step further, something more like a sisterhood.

Hope to hear from you.
