A friend asked for help, as she wanted to go to have a plastic surgery on another country. I have another friend that lives there and I asked for help, she said she could ask her mom if she would be able to work for that lady on the recovery time. The other lady agreed with paying a salary to the mom, and she would cook and clean for her.
The problem is that after arriving there, this lady was demanding 5* hotel service, of course my friend didn't charge her a lot. She was super demanding with the food, she started changing the "menu" 5 times a day, asking for special ingredients, more TV channel. She even asked for a foot massage.
I am so embarrassed, my friend's mom has been very patient, but I can see that she's very stressed.
Should I speak with the other lady about it?

I would since she is your friend and you made the arrangements that put your other friend in this stressful situation, your friend is being rude and unreasonable. she needs to be put in her place.

Thank you! I have tried and speak to her. She got the worst attituded and say that she has the right to be demanding as she's paying for it

I think it's between employer and employee at this point. Your friend DID agree to do it and the terms were between the two of them.
And you had no idea how this woman would behave, did you?

That said, I would apologize profusely to your friends mom.
Thanks for this!

Well if that was your friends response to you after you told her then I would make sure to never help her out again.
Lesson learned ..
Thanks for this!
