My best friend is in a relationship with someone I really do not care for. Recently he has been spending a lot of time in the hospital at a young pregnant girls bedside. He finally opened up to my friend. Apparently this young girl, who is 6 month pregnant was just sold to a drug dealer by her mom so he was, is, trying to help her, she is using crack. My friend called me up and said her boyfriend has now gotten involved with 2 drug dealers this girl was associated with and pissed them both off, so I am scared for my friend. She now is calling me to get this girl that doesn't want help into rehab. I said you can't help her until she wants help herself. I am looking on advise on what to say to my friend, also, what can I do to help this unborn child, when I don't even know the girls name?

It is nice of your friend to want to help out, but this sounds like a battle that is lost before she even starts. The woman involved needs to want help. If she is already in a hospital, hopefully someone is looking out for the unborn child.

They released her from the hospital and she actually had her dealer bringing drugs to her in the psych ward

I would not mess with 2 drug dealers , they will kill you if you mess with them for real stay out of it .
