I've learned a lot last year. My ex - fiancé has addictions he hid well. Add on personality disorder traits. Time slowly heals wounds (and a good therapist) but the scars will remain.

And scars also fade over time! It's good when we finally start understanding why things were the way they were so we can make sure they won't be that way going forward. I hope this year is better than last year for all of us.
