You know, I have been doing some thinking, I don't need friends anymore. All the ones I have had in my life have let me down. I am alone and lonely, but no one is letting me down anymore, does that make sense? I am a nice person, I am pleasant to others, just cant deal with all the drama and stuff that comes along with friendship.

Anyone feel the same?

There are friends that don't bring drama, and bring love!

They are worth having and searching for.
Thanks for this!

I hear ya.....

I don't need people to say they are my friend, only to flake out when drama starts. Those people were never really friends to begin with.

I also feel the same way about guys and dating...who needs the games and the drama?

I think it's good to get to the point where you're okay/happy alone and don't give a ****! Haha that's when you start to meet people worth your time, actually. It's good to be choosy about who is in your life. (:

I agree about being choosy. Get to know someone before you truly accept them as a friend. But remember that no one is perfect! I used to have lots of problems with my friends dissapointing me, but after a bit of therapy I concluded that I was being judgmental towards them and not accepting them as they were. Making this shift in my thinking made all the difference, and I have several close, high quality, long lasting friendships now, and they are worth it!
