I haven't posted in a really long time. This has been a horrible year for me in terms of loved ones dying. My friend committed suicide nearly a year ago, my brother just died and now my beloved Mother In Law is slipping away fast. My heart aches so much I feel like its bleeding! And the guilt of not spending more time with them is eating me up inside! I'm hurting so much...
How do I navigate through this ocean of grief?

Unfortunately, time is the only thing that I know of that helps grief. I think regret is something we all go through at the loss of a loved one. I know I wish I had spent more time with my mother and I will regret it from now on, however, I know that she knew that I loved her so that makes me feel better.
I'm sorry that you have so many losses recently. Take your time adjusting. Be kind to yourself. Focus on the loved ones that you still have. Take one day at a time and enjoy the little things.
