I suffer from relationship ocd. I fixate on perceived flaws in my partner. I know that it is causing me great anxiety but I don't know how I should discuss it with her.

I'm no relationship expert but if it will make you feel better then I would discuss it. Since it is about flaws you see in her, I would tread carefully though. Just try to approach is with sensitivity.

Nobody is perfect, not even you.
The way I see it, you can either try and distract yourself and work on letting it go, without discussing her imperfections, or prepare yourself for a lifetime of fixating and discussing other people's perceived flaws. Personally? I don't see the latter leading to a healthy and happy life. Also, if the tables were turned, would you be fine with every partner pointing out what they perceive to be your flaws? Just something to ponder

Is this something that you are working on with a therapist? Probably would seem safer to sort through in therapy and from there learn to address your illness with your partner, after you gain clarity about how it relates to your relationship.
