I'm so frustrated. My boyfriend, 23, is still married, and was supposed to go file for divorce with his ex today but she canceled on him because she "didn't feel like going".
She's got a kid with her new boyfriend and says she wants to marry his ASAP. But then she pulls this ****??? I'm sorry I'm just so frustrated. Not only that but she's making his pay for all the fees and stuff and for a 23 year old college student that's a lot. I want her out of our lives, it just feels like it's never gonna happen because she is terrible and I hate her. GAHHHH sorry..... I'm so upset. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

She doesn't HAVE to be there. He can obtain the papers needed at the local goverment office. If they have no mutual property or kids its pretty simple.

If they have no kids or property and hes a college student I don't imagine hes filthy rich... So there would be nothing at all to separate .. Let her flap her gums, If shes in a hurry to marry the other guy she will sign the papers.

It doesn't matter if she is difficult or not. He doesn't need her to file for divorce. She has no need to be there. He just goes and files. They don't need to go together
I am in shock they have no kids? I thought this entire time he isn't filing and isn't divorcing because they have kids. She has a kid with someone else? And he never file? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
